2) I have chose this path because even if my family members mess up or doesn't know what to do, I can help support them more easily than if a random stranger owns it, and I want my business ideas to remain throughout my customers.
3) Once again my main purpose of my business is to help people around the world become more involved in fitness and losing weight or gaining weight, so less death occurs. So my overall exit plan only supports my dream of making this business a reality. The opportunity I saw through this exercise was that I should hire and apply people in families so that everyone that is working would have a good teamwork and understanding.
Hi Do,
ReplyDeleteI think for the type of business you are starting you have a good exit strategy. I like that you want to keep it in the family and that even after you yourself are no longer running it you plan on still helping out. People are attracted to family run businesses so I think this will also help in the overall success of your business. I also decided on keeping my business in the family. I like the idea of keeping the business family owned since it usually promotes a more unique and friendly experience for the customer. In terms of leaving it with a stranger, I still don’t think that is a bad option. Most of the employees you will have if you were to make this business would be complete strangers so the idea of one being in charge doesn’t seem farfetched.
