"Final Reflection - Week 15" Do Hyub Han

1) Definitely I wouldn't forget the interviews that I have done in this class. All the interviews gave an aspect of what real people would want in to see and have from a business. Of course, everyone has slight different answers, but if you combine the answers you will see most of them have something in common.
2) Definitely the memory with getting in trouble with the police will stick to my head. Next time I will remember that I should get a license and permission to do stuff that interacts with the people in a business for business ideas.
3) I think everyone has more of a entrepreneur mind when they were young and starts to lose it later in life because all the other older people say it's impossible for you to do something. That would explain why everyone is not successful (happy - wise, money -wise, etc.). I did grow my entrepreneur  skills by interviewing and thinking about businesses in general, and reading other people's business ideas.
4) The only advice that I would give to future entrepreneurs would be this. Nothing is impossible, keep your mind open and go for it. You can fix your mistakes on the way. Have fun!

"Week 15 Reading Reflection" Do Hyub Han

Based on the reading SKS seems to be into loaning money out to people who really needs them to live such as the workers that only earn about a dollar a day. For me this reminds me of how people would have to spend money on water regardless if they want to or not to survive, therefore making this plan inevitably work. I wouldn't see this as humane to be quite bad or good since there are both good and bad things about this service. The good being able to help them live manageably, the bad being that they would have a much lower chance to increase their social status of the loans holding them back. This reading was pretty interesting and I applaud the author for writing about this interesting topic and article.

"Venture Concept No.2 - Week 15" Do Hyub Han

Unfortunately since my primary blog website is getting a db_connect_fail, whatever that means. I couldn't access my feedback from my other venture concept. However, I will still write something on what I think would be a new venture concept that I could incorporate to my business plan.

The new concept is being able to have videos being uploaded to my business plan to be reviewed by professionals, including scientists and multiple professional athletes. The fitness plan videos that would be uploaded would have to be reviewed so that there aren't spam videos or fitness plans that wouldn't work.

I have slightly changed the elevator pitch to be a little bit more persuasive with supporting facts that supports my idea using the 'verification technique'. It's a slightly new approach, however I think it's a good type of new approach.

"Week 14 Reading Reflection" Do Hyub Han

The biggest surprise to me in the reading was that it included may information and guidelines that came from other business books that I read. For example, it is very important for workers and business owners to work together. It is only old style thinking to force your workers to do something to get results. Back in the days forcing workers only worked sometimes since there was no internet and workers didn't know what they were entitled to in privileges. The times have changed and the way people should be treated to provide great results for both sides has changed as well. I loved this week's reading as it provided multiple information that reassured my previous readings on other business managing books.

Unfortunately I didn't put a SEO optimizer on my blog , nor do I understand fully on how to optimize the SEO by myself. For my family business I have hired a person to SEO optimize the website. I have not tried to make my blog accounts to be noticeable other than class, since this blog is too oriented towards class material. However, I may decide to make an actual blog later in the future. Also, as far as I'm aware of, it is impossible to know how to fully get your website in the front page unless you find out the algorithm for google. I'm sorry this post is a little off for the subject as I'm really bad on being able to do things like this on a computer by myself.

"Very Short Interview, Part 2 - Week 14" Do Hyub Han

Before I start I apologize for my main blog account on blog.com not working for a while.

I called my interviewer since I didn't go to the city where the business owner resided. I asked her a quick 3 questions after the obvious 'how's your business doing' question.

1. How important are smaller details such as art and decor in the business?
2. How often do you collect feedback?
3. How do you personally motivate your people, 'both workers and customers'

Since I did not record the call I will answer on what she basically said to me for the questions 'I tried to remember how she said the things'
1.  Art and decor is very important, it is the environment of the business and that itself can kill or save the business. I'm glad you're thinking outside the box.
2. We have a system on our website to collect feedback, but we also have surveys that they can fill out when they are at the school as well.
3. I personally believe if you are passionate about your job everyone else will follow you. People just work that way.

I personally felt after the interview that I had a more professional insight on how businesses function, since now I can talk about smaller details as well as big details for businesses.

"Week 13 Reading Reflection" Do Hyub Han

I personally feel that this week's reading is strongly correlated to what I learned in financial accounting. In financial accounting you learn how to calculate your assets with book value and etc. Overall, it is important that you have a way to calculate all of the assets so that you understate or overstate. I feel like the author made this chapter more focused on how and why it should be calculated, showing the importance of it. I overall enjoyed this chapter.

"Celebrating Failure - Week 13" Do Hyub Han

During this past semester I tried taking ACG 2021 with a few other difficult classes at the same time. Even though I studied it wasn't enough to get a good grade in this class. While taking this class with a few other difficult classes, I pretty much had to stay inside my apartment and only study. Now, to actually cope my stress I recently decided to start exercising and train again. I always tell myself to live life to the fullest and if you fail, it was just not meant to be. If you aim for the moon and miss you will later on hit a star instead.

"My Exit Strategy - Week 13" Do Hyub Han

1) I plan to keep the main business and once everything is paid off, then I would pass it to one of my family members. Also, if I own buildings for the business then I plan to keep it and pass it down through family members.

2) I have chose this path because even if my family members mess up or doesn't know what to do, I can help support them more easily than if a random stranger owns it, and I want my business ideas to remain throughout my customers.

3) Once again my main purpose of my business is to help people around the world become more involved in fitness and losing weight or gaining weight, so less death occurs. So my overall exit plan only supports my dream of making this business a reality. The opportunity I saw through this exercise was that I should hire and apply people in families so that everyone that is working would have a good teamwork and understanding.

The biggest surprise to me from reading this chapter, was the mentioning of finding the relationship between many things. I actually tend to see and solve things by comparing them to other situations. I didn't know that something like that was an actual skill base that a lot of innovators had. Fortunately there wasn't anything in this chapter that confused me unlike the previous chapters. However, there are definitely questions that I want to ask the author. I want to ask the author why he thinks explaining the creativities in different segments of the brain was necessary. I found that it was just trying to complicate things. Instead I would have asked him if he could have placed more training methods to increase your thinking speed and capacity. I think the author's method of writing this chapter was a little wrong. I believed that he should have placed more training methods rather than explaining which part of the brain does what. It's okay to explain the brain, but I think the chapter was lacking the solution to the main point.
